Note: These products are sold on first come first serve basis.

  • Standard shipping (Royal Mail)- Delivery Estimates: UK – 4 to 7 working days | Everywhere else – 10 to 15 working days
  • Courier Shipping (DPD Next Day))- Delivery Estimates: UK – next working day | Everywhere else – 3 to 10 working days

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel and the destination it’s being shipped to. All parcels heavier than 0.6kg (UK) or 0.3kg (rest of the world) will default to DPD as this is the cheapest shipping option.

►► Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, please choose from the options below depending on which item you purchased.

A: Greeting Cards & Branded products

You may return your item to us for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of the date you received the item(s). [Example: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 10th.] Returns delivered after 10th days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To make a return, send us a message here to request a return form. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

 

B: Digital Products example PDFs, Ebooks, Audio Files

No refund accepted due to the nature of the product. Please make your you are happy with your purchase before proceeding.

The return & refund procedure for products or services we recommend via our various affiliated partners will be handled by them. When you are directed to another checkout on another website, that will be the company you’ll need to contact.
